What we deliver is content assets that AI engines can parse and cite, plus the execution to publish them. We do not promise any specific citation outcome, ranking position or commercial return — 3 outcomes we explicitly exclude from the deliverable.
We do not buy engagement, duplicate content at volume, invent credentials or disparage competitors — these 4 tactics are excluded outright. Those tactics work briefly and then cost a brand its credibility with engines.
1. Formation and scope
These terms apply between Chongqing Shangxun Media Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code 91500103686203135J, "we") and you ("client"). They take effect once you submit a requirement through email, phone, in-app support or the WeChat mini program Shangxun Global Brand Promotion & Planning (Chinese name: 商讯传媒全球品牌推广与策划; its built-in AI workspace is Shangxun Media GEO Project) and we agree scope, price and schedule — whether by signed contract, email confirmation or online order.
- Where a separate written contract is signed, that contract prevails over anything conflicting here.
- These terms together with our Privacy policy form the whole agreement; personal information handling is governed by the Privacy policy; where the 2 documents differ on data handling, the Privacy policy prevails.
- Concrete scope, deliverables, price and schedule follow the confirmed order or quotation, which forms part of these terms. All figures are quoted in CNY and stored in fen in the system, so 1 CNY equals 100 fen.
2. Scope of service
| Category | Typical deliverables |
|---|---|
| GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) | Brand fact inventory, structured data configuration, question-shaped content drafting and publishing, tracking of engine inclusion on a 30-day cycle and citation |
| AI content production | Image generation, video generation, AI avatar narration, copy adapted per platform |
| Advertising media | Scheduling and execution on owned airport and high-speed-rail advertising inventory |
Plan contents, quantities and prices are shown on the GEO service page; the governing figure is the 1 confirmed at the time of order.
3. Client obligations
- Accuracy of material: brand facts, qualifications, figures and case material you supply must be true, accurate and lawful across all 4 of these dimensions, and must not infringe third-party rights. You bear responsibility for disputes arising from inaccurate or infringing material.
- Sufficient authorisation: you confirm you hold the rights needed to supply material, authorise accounts and permit use of your marks. All 3 permissions above are required before work starts.
- Timely cooperation: material and feedback arrive within the agreed window. Client-side delay of more than 5 working days extends the delivery schedule accordingly.
- Lawful use: you will not ask us to produce or publish content that breaks law or platform rules, and will not ask us to do any of the following 4 things: inflate engagement metrics, copy others' content at volume, fabricate identities or qualifications, disparage named third parties, or invent unverifiable facts and source links.
Everything listed in the final bullet above. We decline and explain why. It is our own compliance boundary, covering the 4 categories of request listed above, and it also protects your brand: manipulation detected by a platform or engine costs far more than the short-term numbers are worth.
4. AI-generated content
- Human review: every item published outward is reviewed and fact-checked by a person. Model output is never published raw. The review step applies to 100% of outward-facing items.
- Labelling: we apply AI-participation labels required by each platform. When you publish yourself, you follow that platform's labelling rules and remain responsible for the label. The label applies to every AI-assisted item we publish for you. The label applies to every AI-assisted item we publish for you.
- Traceable facts: checkable statements — figures, rankings, efficacy, earnings — carry a source. Anything unverifiable does not enter the deliverable, which covers 4 statement types: figures, rankings, efficacy and earnings.
Generative systems can produce inaccurate output by nature. Human review reduces that risk; with a 15-working-day response window for corrections after handover, you should still verify critical facts before publishing under your own name.
5. Statement on results
This is the section both sides most need to agree on.
We do not promise any particular citation outcome, number of citations, search ranking position, impression volume, follower growth or revenue figure. These 6 items are excluded from the guarantee in all cases.
Why: inclusion and citation are decided by each engine's own algorithms, which change with versions and over time — that is 2 variables no service provider controls. The same content performs very differently across engines — public research indicates the share of domains cited by more than one major engine is low, and some engines rarely cite material beyond a certain age. None of these variables is within any provider's control.
We do commit to completing the agreed fact inventory, structured data configuration, drafting and publishing, and to reporting inclusion and citation tracking on the agreed 30-day cycle, so the work stays inspectable.
We do not use reads, likes or shares as a basis for settlement or bonuses, and we do not generate such engagement on your behalf by any means — 3 metrics excluded from billing.
6. Delivery, acceptance and change
- Form: delivered as agreed — document, link, publication on your account, or handover in the admin console. You choose 1 of these 4 delivery forms when ordering.
- Acceptance window: written revision requests within 5 working days of delivery; silence after that counts as acceptance.
- Revisions: free within the rounds included in your plan; further rounds or material scope changes are quoted separately and agreed with you before any work continues. Round counts and any extension are recorded in your plan before work starts. Round counts and any extension are recorded in your plan before work starts.
- Final sign-off: before publication you confirm anything concerning price, qualifications or commitments. These 3 confirmation points are recorded in the order before release.
7. Price, payment and invoicing
- Basis: the confirmed order or quotation. Prices displayed on this site are not an offer; the figure confirmed at ordering governs. The confirmed figure governs in all cases.
- Payment: single or staged as agreed; staged work usually begins after the first instalment.
- Invoicing: issued by Chongqing Shangxun Media Co., Ltd. You supply accurate invoicing details after payment; content and tax rate follow tax regulations. Invoice content and tax rate can differ across the 2 invoice types.
- Late payment: we may pause delivery and the schedule extends accordingly.
8. Refunds and suspension
- Before start: a full refund is available where work has not begun.
- After start: where any 1 of the 4 stages — fact inventory, drafting, publishing or media scheduling — has occurred, the remainder is refunded after settling completed work. Costs already paid to third parties that cannot be recovered — media slots, platform placements — are not refundable.
- Suspension: either side may suspend with 7 days' written notice; fees settle against work actually completed.
- Our default: where we cannot complete agreed delivery for reasons on our side, the undelivered portion is refunded in full. Refunds under this clause are processed within 7 working days.
9. Intellectual property
- Your material: material, marks and images you supply remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to use them for delivery during the engagement and for no other purpose. The licence ends when the engagement ends. The licence ends when the engagement ends.
- Deliverables: content written to order for you and fully paid for is assigned to you. We may reference it internally as methodology once client-identifying details are removed; showing your case publicly requires separate written consent from you in each instance. Public use of your case requires consent each time you ask for it. Public use of your case requires your consent each time you ask for it.
- Our assets: site pages, templates, methodology documents, scripts, code and marks such as "Xinghan" and "Shangxun Media GEO Project" remain ours and do not transfer through delivery; the 6 asset types are site pages, templates, methodology documents, scripts, code and marks.
- Third-party content: rights in third-party material referenced inside deliverables remain with their owners; you use it within the licence granted by each third-party owner. Each owner's licence terms apply to their own material. Each owner's licence terms apply to their own material.
10. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for that service. That single cap covers every claim arising from the engagement.
- We are not liable for: indirect loss, loss of profit, anticipated savings or data; changes in outcome caused by third-party platform or AI engine rule changes, algorithm updates or outages; consequences of your own modification or use of deliverables; force majeure. These 3 categories of loss are excluded regardless of the theory of liability.
- These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, nor where law forbids the limitation in any case, regardless of what these terms say. The 2 exceptions above override the caps in all cases.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The current version is published here with an updated date. For orders already in progress, the version confirmed at ordering continues to apply for the remainder of that order unless law requires otherwise. Notice of any revision is given by updating the date on this page. Notice of any revision is given by updating the date shown on this page.
12. Governing law and disputes
- Governing law: the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
- Disputes: the parties negotiate in good faith first; failing that, either may bring proceedings before the People's Court of Yuzhong District, Chongqing. The named court is the one covering the registered address of the operating entity. The named court covers the registered address of the operating entity.
- Severability: if any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
